Pest Trap design - Technology task term 2.

Our challenge is to design and build a new trap for a known pest in our native forest.

Football World Cup

The World Cup starts on Friday morning with Brasil playing Croatia.  

We've all made picks....who will win!??

We each have a team to follow as well a country to learn more about.  Each day we display which teams are playing and record the results.  

Week 6

Pelorus Bridge work

At the end of last week we used these brainstorming sheets to plan a recount based on our Pelorus trip.
A recount is when you retell events from the past in chronological order.

This week we have been using google drive to type up our recounts, thinking carefully about:                 -  an introduction
-  the correct structure
-  using descriptive words and phrases

          

Week 5

Pelorus Trip

We had a great trip to the Pelorus Scenic Reserve and got to see first hand what we've been learning about in class.  A big thanks to the Wendy, Claire and Shelley from D.O.C.
